    Above As Below is a one-of-a-kind original hand-painted artwork that captures the moment darkness begins to soften and light breaks through with quiet power. The sky appears to open and dissolve into warmth, casting its glow across the horizon and into the reflection below. In this exchange between above and below, the piece creates a sense of balance, depth, and emotional stillness.

    At its heart, the painting speaks to renewal, to the experience of finding light after heaviness and feeling hope return in a calm, luminous form.     Poly-cotton blend canvas with a matte/satin finish. Scratch, crack, and warp resistant.

    Our floater frames are crafted from poplar hardwood, giving your canvas the appearance of floating within the frame.

    The frame is 1 cm (0.4") wide from the front and 4 cm (1.6") deep from the side.

    The frames comes in black, white and oak to suit any artwork.

    If you are looking to purchase an original hand-painted artwork, you can explore the limited pieces available under the “Originals” collection.

     

    2. Where are your canvas prints shipped from?

    Canvas prints are shipped from the production facility closest to the delivery address, so the country depends on where it is being delivered. For canvas prints, that can include Czech Republic (Prague), Spain (Barcelona), United Kingdom (London), United States (Dallas, Los Angeles, Sacramento, Raleigh), Canada (Toronto, Vancouver), or Australia (Melbourne). So there is not one single country we ship canvas prints from.

     

    3. What makes your canvas prints unique?

    Our canvas prints are produced in high resolution to preserve the depth, texture, and detail of the original artwork. Each piece is printed on premium canvas and professionally stretched for a refined, gallery-ready presentation.

     

    4. Are your canvas prints ready to hang?

    Yes. Stretched canvas prints arrive ready to hang with a pre-installed hanging system. You only need a nail or screw for wall placement.


    5. Can I see your art in real life?

    Von Rondon Art is currently an online-only gallery, so I do not have a physical store at this time. If you would like to see more photos of a specific piece or receive a free design preview, please email me at vonrondonart@outlook.com.

     

    6. How long will it take to receive my order?

    Delivery times depend on your location.

    Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

    You will receive tracking details in your confirmation email once your order has shipped.

    Please note that customs processing, weather conditions, and courier delays may affect delivery times.


    7. Do you ship overseas?

    Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

    We occasionally run special promotions, subscribe to stay informed about exclusive deals.


    8. What if my order arrives damaged?

    Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photos of the artwork and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.


    9. What is your return policy?

    Canvas prints may be returned within 20 days of delivery if they are in original condition and packaging.

    Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    10. Is the artwork signed?

    Yes. Original artworks are signed by me, Von Rondon. 

     

    11. Can I ask for more photos before buying?

    12. Who creates the artwork?

    All artworks are created by me, Jessica Rondon, the artist behind Von Rondon Art. Every piece begins with my own ideas and vision, and is created from my imagination.

     

    13. Will the colors look exactly like what I see on my screen?

    We aim for accurate color reproduction. However, slight variations may occur due to individual screen settings, brightness, and device calibration.

     

    14. Can I order a custom size?

    Yes. If you require a custom size or have a special request, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

    15. What payment methods do you accept?

    16. Does the original artwork come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

    Yes. Every original hand-painted artwork by Von Rondon Art comes signed and includes a Certificate of Authenticity in the package. We would also like to clarify that the artist’s signature on the front and back of the painting, together with proof of payment, are already sufficient to confirm authenticity.


    17. How much is shipping?

    Shipping is calculated at checkout. We do not use a simple flat-rate list by country or region because shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on your order size, dimensions, production location, and shipping method.

     

    18. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

    Yes. If you are purchasing multiple artworks for a home, office, hospitality project, or commercial space, please contact us for special pricing.
