At Von Rondon Art, each artwork is created and curated with care. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the policy below before requesting a return.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframes
Original Paintings
Returns may be requested within 10 days of delivery.
To qualify, the artwork must be returned in its original condition, unaltered, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Art Prints & Reproductions
Returns may be requested within 20 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original protective packaging.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
• Requests made after the stated return window
• Damage caused by mishandling, improper framing, or misuse
• Custom-made, commissioned, or personalized artworks
• Limited edition pieces marked as final sale
• Sale items or gift cards
All returns require proof of purchase.
Cancellations: Orders begin production shortly after payment, so cancellations are often not possible once an order is paid.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email:

Include the following:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the artwork showing its current condition
• Reason for return
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions if approved.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
Approved returns must be shipped using a secure, trackable shipping service.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
• The artwork
• The packaging
• Any visible damage
We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different artwork, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
