  • All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be completed in full before order processing.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or inventory errors.

Cancellations: Orders begin production shortly after payment, so cancellations are often not possible once an order is paid.

  • We deliver across the UAE and selected international regions.

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier services.

  • Von Rondon Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or third-party carriers.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

  • Original paintings may be returned within 10 days of delivery.

  • Prints may be returned within 20 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.
