At Von Rondon Art, we carefully prepare and ship each artwork to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Please review the details below regarding processing times, delivery estimates, and international shipping.



1. Worldwide Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Canvas prints are shipped from the production facility closest to the delivery address, so the country depends on where it’s being delivered. 
For canvas prints, that can be: Czech Republic (Prague), Spain (Barcelona), United Kingdom (London), United States (Dallas, Los Angeles, Sacramento, Raleigh), Canada (Toronto, Vancouver), or Australia (Melbourne).
So there isn’t one single country we ship canvas prints from.


2. Order Processing

Order processing (production) is usually 1 - 2 business days after the order is placed.

In some cases it can take up to 4 - 5 business days, depending on the order details and the production facility.

Once production is done, the order is packed and shipped, and you’ll get a tracking link.

Original paintings may require additional preparation time depending on size and finishing.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

 

Cancellations: Orders begin production shortly after payment, so cancellations are often not possible once an order is paid.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Original paintings ship directly from Abu Dhabi.


For the UAE, your canvas print is typically produced first (usually 1 to 2 business days, sometimes up to 4 to 5), then shipped. Because we ship from Dubai, UAE, delivery is usually fast.

 

International Orders

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Europe and UK: 2–7 business days after dispatch
  • USA and Canada: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Australia: 4–8 business days after dispatch

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.



4. Shipping Methods & Packaging

Original paintings are securely wrapped to preserve texture and finish integrity.

Canvas prints are packed securely to protect them during shipping and reduce the risk of damage in transit.

All artworks are professionally packaged to protect them during transit.

We work with trusted international courier partners to ensure reliable delivery.



5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can monitor your shipment in real time through the courier’s website.



6. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.


 

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
