    Our floater frames are crafted from poplar hardwood, giving your canvas the appearance of floating within the frame.

    The frame is 1 cm (0.4") wide from the front and 4 cm (1.6") deep from the side.

    The frames comes in black, white and oak to suit any artwork.

    Each print comes ready to hang with pre-installed sawtooth hardware and rubber bumpers to protect your wall and keep your artwork perfectly aligned.

    1. Is it a real painting or a print?

    If the product description states “Canvas Print,” it means the artwork is a high-quality printed reproduction of the original design.

    If you are looking to purchase an original hand-painted artwork, you can explore the limited pieces available under the “Originals” collection.

     

    2. Where are your canvas prints shipped from?

    Canvas prints are shipped from the production facility closest to the delivery address, so the country depends on where it is being delivered. For canvas prints, that can include Czech Republic (Prague), Spain (Barcelona), United Kingdom (London), United States (Dallas, Los Angeles, Sacramento, Raleigh), Canada (Toronto, Vancouver), or Australia (Melbourne). So there is not one single country we ship canvas prints from.

     

    3. Where does your original artwork ship from?

    All original hand-painted artworks are shipped from Arjan, Dubai, UAE, where the artist lives and creates each piece.

     

    4. What makes your canvas prints unique?

    Our canvas prints are produced in high resolution to preserve the depth, texture, and detail of the original artwork. Each piece is printed on premium canvas and professionally stretched for a refined, gallery-ready presentation.

     

    5. Are your canvas prints ready to hang?

    Yes. Stretched canvas prints arrive ready to hang with a pre-installed hanging system. You only need a nail or screw for wall placement.


    6. Can I see your art in real life?

    Von Rondon Art is currently an online-only gallery, so I do not have a physical store at this time. If you would like to see more photos of a specific piece or receive a free design preview, please email me at contact@vonrondonart.com.

     

    7. How long will it take to receive my order?

    International Orders

    Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

    Europe and UK: 2–7 business days after dispatch
    USA and Canada: 3–7 business days after dispatch
    Australia: 4–8 business days after dispatch

    Original paintings ship directly from Dubai. Delivery usually takes 2–3 days. If you choose a floating frame, please allow an additional 3–4 business days for custom framing before your artwork is shipped.

    You will receive tracking details in your confirmation email once your order has shipped.

    Please note that customs processing, weather conditions, and courier delays may affect delivery times.


    8. Do you ship overseas?

    Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.


    9. What if my order arrives damaged?

    Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photos of the artwork and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.


    10. What is your return policy?

    Canvas prints may be returned within 20 days of delivery if they are in original condition and packaging.

    Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    11. Is the artwork signed?

    Yes. Original artworks are signed by me, Jessica Von Rondon. 

     

    12. Can I ask for more photos before buying?

    Yes, absolutely. If you would like more photos, close-up details, or even a mockup to help you picture the artwork in your space, just email me at contact@vonrondonart.com and I will be happy to help.

     

    13. Who creates the artwork?

    All artworks are created by me, Jessica Rondon, the artist behind Von Rondon Art. Every piece begins with my own ideas and vision, and is created from my imagination.

     

    14. Will the colors look exactly like what I see on my screen?

    We aim for accurate color reproduction. However, slight variations may occur due to individual screen settings, brightness, and device calibration.

     

    15. Can I order a custom size?

    Yes. If you require a custom size or have a special request, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

    17. Does the original artwork come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

    Yes. Every original hand-painted artwork by Jessica Von Rondon Art comes signed and includes a Certificate of Authenticity in the package. 

     

    18. How do I know my artwork will be handled with care?

    Every order is prepared with care to make sure your artwork arrives safely and beautifully. Original hand-painted artworks are carefully packaged from Abu Dhabi, UAE, and include a Certificate of Authenticity. Canvas prints are professionally produced and shipped by trusted production partners, with tracking provided once your order has been dispatched.

    19. How much is shipping?

    Shipping is calculated at checkout. We do not use a simple flat-rate list by country or region because shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on your order size, dimensions, production location, and shipping method.

    Yes. If you are purchasing multiple artworks for a home, office, hospitality project, or commercial space, please contact us for special pricing.
